The Dean Hotel offers self-parking for $32, overnight, on a reserved parking area directly adjacent to the hotel. The entrance is at 143 Washington Street.

The parking facility is operated by Unified Parking Partners, a local service provider. 

The Dean Hotel gladly welcomes your dog of 20lbs or smaller at no additional fee. Should there be any damage or excessive cleaning needed after your departure from the room, we will assess charges at this time.

We kindly ask that you notify us via a call to the main line (401) 455-3326 if you plan to have your pet join us. Cats, Lizards, Exotic Birds, etc are unfortunately not permitted.

The Dean Hotel can accept, store, and deliver your packages to you on arrival but remember, our lovely building is big on history and short on space.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and common areas both by the hotel and Rhode Island State Law. If you choose to smoke while in house, please expect a minimum fine of $200 (and our deepest disappointment).

The Dean x Dash Bicycle Program is a great way to explore the city. A quick signature on the Bike Waiver will have you on two wheels and on your way in no time. Bikes are complimentary for registered guests of the Hotel. Not for public use. Each one comes with a Helmet, Lock, and is tuned up and maintained by Dash Bicycle.

There is also plenty of complimentary gear available for guests on-demand use during their visit. All you need to do is ask. Extra lug-gage rack? Umbrella? Maps & recommendations perhaps?
